Hellfire Graffix and Keep A Breast
Recently, HLFR GRFX had the opportunity to work with Keep A Breast for their stop in Philly during the Zumiez Couch Tour featuring Alkaline Trio, Pro Skater Bob Burnquist and the Flip Skate Team. HLFR was on hand at the Keep A Breat tent doing live painting on a skateboard which will be given to one lucky skater at the end of the Zumiez Couch Tour.

Featured Artist: MADAME JYNX
We’re proud to bring you our next featured artist. This time around, we’re doing things differently.
Madame Jynx is a fierce woman of many talents. She’s a very successful DJ, an amazing photographer, painter and model. We bring you Madame Jynx because we feel that she is the epitome of what it means to use “Art as a weapon”.
Many have tried to be her, to look like her, to imitate her and have never succeeded in their attempts. Find out why we think Madame Jynx is so amazing and why we think you should know of her. Click the banner on the right side of the page to visit our Featured Artist Page.

Sonic Visual Art Expo June 14th
This is still quite a bit away but we’re telling you about it now. For all of you New Englanders, this is the first time you’ll be able to see and meet Visual Art Assassination! Email us for more info.

FEATURED ARTIST: Lauren Luna
Ladies and Gents! As Promised we bring to your our Featured Artist for the month of May; Lauren Luna. Here at Visual Art Assassination, we’re not simply artists creating imagery for the sake of decorating your trendy little apartment. The very foundation of Visual Art Assassination is creation of art that speaks to the masses; imagery with substance that has something vital to say. We firmly believe in the use of Art As A Weapon, as I’m sure you’re well aware by now.
But what do we mean by that? Well, art has the power to influence change. It can end wars, save lives, and do many great things that are often overlooked. Whether it’s Shephard Fairey’s iconography, Diego Rivera’s revolutionary murals, or even Banksy’s wheatpaste imagery on Israel’s illegal Apartheid Wall, Art can be used as as weapon to expose and kill the grievances that infect us all.
So what does this have to do with our Featured Artist? Well, Ms. D’Ranged and Hellfire Graffix have looked at many submissions and decided that the artist chosen, Lauren Luna, was the greatest candidate for the month of May. Lauren’s work is deeply inspiring and motivational. It isn’t simply art for the sake of art. Her work is very real, very raw and very focused. She’s an amazing artist with a great message that we firmly stand behind. That’s why we chose her as our first Featured Artist and also why we want all of you to know of her.
